Avyra Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Avyra purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're happy to help.

60-Day Return Window You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After 60 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them, unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return Email us at shopnani.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within [1–2 business days] with return instructions, including the return address if a physical return is required.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or are not in resellable condition may only be returned if defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7–14 days] of delivery at shopnani.co@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at shopnani.co@gmail.com.

International Customers This 60-day policy applies worldwide. Customers in the EU/UK/EEA also retain their statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in addition to the return rights above — whichever is more generous to you applies. Import duties or taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim these from your local customs authority.
